We have exciting expansion plans for the latter half of 2008. In the meantime, we are working on a reduced list, concentrating only on those wineries with whom we deal direct or are sole agents in our parent company in Ireland.
We have also blended our own wines on a recent trip to South Africa. These wines, under our own Swallows’ Tale label, will be available in May this year.
One of our main activities is Tastings – be it for wine clubs, restaurants or a group of individuals.
Harriet is now a fully qualified WSET lecturer and gives wine courses to both the trade and private students. Please contact her for details of courses being held.
